SMS TERMS

These SMS Terms govern the EyeClick text-messaging program ("Program") operated by EyeClick Inc., 80 Business Park Drive, Suite 107, Armonk, NY 10504, USA ("EyeClick," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to the Program you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

When you submit a contact, quote or demo request form on eyeclick.com and provide a mobile number, and you agree to the consent disclosure shown with the form (or check the SMS consent box where one is displayed), you consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from EyeClick. Messages include a text from the EyeClick sales representative assigned to your inquiry with a link to book a call, follow-ups about your inquiry, and information about EyeClick products, offers and events.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message sent or received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

3. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us and we will send a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will not receive further text messages from the Program. If you want to join again, reply START or opt in again through a form on our website.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in you confirm this and agree to notify us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned. Consent applies only to the mobile number you provided at the time of opt-in.

6. Carriers

The Program is supported by major US and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us operate the Program, solely for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use personal information.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at eyeclick.com/legal/sms-terms. Continued participation in the Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
