Ad measurement privacy settings
This optional choice applies only to EyeClick's measurement of its ChatGPT ads on this browser. It is separate from marketing email, text message and other website cookie preferences. You can request a quote without allowing it.
Optional ad measurement
May we use an ad-click reference for up to 30 days to tell OpenAI when you successfully send an inquiry? This helps us measure our ChatGPT ads. We do not send your contact details or message to OpenAI. Your choice does not affect your quote request. We remember your choice in this browser. You can withdraw it in Ad measurement settings, linked below and in our footer.
Checking your privacy settings. Measurement stays off while we check.
After you allow measurement, an eligible ad-click reference and campaign identifier can be stored in your browser for up to 30 days. If your inquiry is successfully accepted, we send OpenAI that click reference, a unique event identifier, the event time and type, and our website's base address. We do not send your name, email, phone, message, SMS consent, contact-detail hashes, or page query to OpenAI. These click and event identifiers are not anonymous.
We remember your choice, its date and the notice version in first-party browser storage. Permission expires after 180 days. A decline or expired choice does not trigger another automatic prompt; you can revisit this page at any time. Clearing browser storage can remove a saved choice.
Before sending a measurement event, we keep a minimal server record of its random event identifier, the consent source and notice version, consent date, inquiry acceptance and preparation times, send outcome, and expiry date. This record contains no ad-click reference, campaign, contact details or inquiry text. It expires 180 days after the inquiry is accepted and is then deleted automatically; deletion may occur shortly after expiry. Clearing browser storage does not remove this server record.
Withdrawing permission removes our stored click reference and stops future measurement. It cannot recall an event already sent. We also honor Global Privacy Control and confirmed existing marketing-cookie refusals. Expired click records are removed the next time our measurement code runs and may remain in browser storage until then.
