DELIVERY POLICY

WHERE DO WE DELIVER

Products ordered through this Website will only be delivered within the states and countries listed at our Website. At this time, we are unable to deliver the Products to a P.O. Box address. Some delivery methods may not be available for some destinations, and we reserve the right to change the delivery options available at any time at our sole discretion.

All returns have to be sent back to our designated address as will be provided to you by us.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders placed and paid will be shipped by us to the shipping address you provided.

Please note that although it is our goal to handle and deliver your Order within the lead times described online by us, delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties. In addition, we shall not be responsible for any delay caused by, or related to, any circumstances of force majeure, including without limitation, fire, war, act of God, strike, government action, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Any delay shall not relieve you from your obligations under the Contract (as defined in our Terms and Conditions).

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges would normally apply to your Order based on the value of your Order, the type of delivery and the shipment destination. The shipping rate for your delivery will appear on your Order based on the destination and the delivery method you chose, and such rates will be binding and an inseparable part of your Order. In some cases, such as promotions and alike, the Delivery charges may be waived by us. Those cases will be clearly identified during your purchase.

TAXES & DUTIES

Sales tax subject to the Order is calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized in the checkout page and on the Order Confirmation. Where applicable, normally outside of the USA, VAT (or similar tax) will be calculated and itemized in the checkout page and on the Order Confirmation. Some taxes, duties, levies or customs may be imposed at the country of destination in case you ship the Product abroad as a condition to the release of the items from customs in such destinations. Such taxes, duties, levies and customs are excluded from the item price and their payment is at your sole responsibility. We will not be liable for any items that were not released from customs due to your inability to pay such fees.

TITLE & RISK

Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you on delivery.
